Created in collaboration with mental health specialist Karen A. Green, this 72–card deck combines her decades of expertise with my artwork to create something we both believe is deeply needed in the world right now: therapist-curated activities that parents and caregivers can use to support their child’s mental and emotional health.
These practices help with regulation, strengthen connection, and build the lifelong skills kids need to thrive as humans in this wild world.
